The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will partner with our clinical recruiting team on the full cycle recruiting of highly qualified physicians and therapists to meet the growing needs of our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to identify and engage with top candidates.
What you’ll do
- Communicate the vision and mission to qualified candidates
- Support reporting of candidate recruiting performance metrics
- Develop a robust pipeline of qualified primary care physicians that meet the PlushCare physician standards (top 50 medical schools and/or residency programs) and qualified therapists
- Source physician and therapy candidates using existing resources in addition to identifying new sourcing strategies
- Schedule interviews and panel rounds with key stakeholders
- Work with greater People & Culture team to support diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Screen physician and therapy candidates to determine and evaluate potential fit
Qualifications
- Experience with technology driven recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Practice Match, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree, with 2 - 4 years of experience in healthcare/clinical recruiting is required (physician and/or therapy recruiting is a plus)
- Strong desire to deliver best in class service and the ability to communicate and build rapport for physicians and clinicians
- Comfort with moderate level of data analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and provider matters including but not limited to licensing
Hiring Range
$78,000 - $110,000 annual salary
Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
