$50,000-$60,000 plus commission

You will work with a committed, focused team who enjoys working together to change the lives of the people in our community by finding them new jobs.


As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation in support of existing and new Healthcare, Biotech, and technology clients.


Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.

• Have a strong understanding of ATS or CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, Bullhorn, and additional recruiting tools.

• Be a forward-thinking self-starter with the ability to successfully prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

Have a successful track record in recruiting and client account management.

• 3-5 years’ experience full cycle recruitment

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience using Bullhorn is a plus!
