Account Manager Team Lead

This role is responsible for developing and nurturing productive relationships with assigned LeadCloud B2B customers, effectively using strong communication, collaboration, and consultative skills to ensure that the customer’s experience with LeadCloud service is consistently high quality, that the customer understands and appreciates the value proposition of LeadCloud’s services. We are looking for a motivated client success professional to manage a small team of Account Managers, coordinate and support a portfolio of accounts and cultivate meaningful internal and external relationships to drive business and team value.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and run cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration
• Coaches team on best practices, processes and procedures
• Train new employees on LeadCloud processes, procedures and expectations
• Work with Account Management team to manage daily questions, fixes, problems and team development
• Manage follow ups and keep project moving towards the finish line
• Work with the assigned developer(s) on the project to make fixes, test and complete set up
• Leaders to achieve success through team development, problem solving and thinking critically
• Collaborates cross-functionally between business/sales team and technical/implementation team to ensure complete customer satisfaction, business growth initiatives and resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports for clients or project stakeholders
• Act as point of contact between Company and client to help solve problems and achieve goals by building trust and realistic solutions
• Reviews procedure and process improvements to ensure alignment with broader team strategy
• Develops solid customer relationships with the appropriate level of account stakeholders

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new situations, learn quickly, and think critically
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• SaaS and Insurance Industry experience ideal
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• 5 or more years of related experience including project coordination, client success and team leadership
• Experience obtaining business results through the development of effective internal relationships across multiple business functions
• Experience with direct tactical activities in support of strategic initiatives
• Experience with interfacing with business leadership and customer leadership within an organization
• Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
