SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Our team is in search of an experienced and driven Project Manager to join us. As the Team Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-5 direct reports while also actively participating as a "player/coach" in leading the successful deployment of our clients' multi-product projects. As the Team Lead, you will coach and mentor team members, delegate work as needed, and handle any client project escalations. Your project management expertise and ability to lead by example will be essential in ensuring on-time, within-budget, and according to specifications project delivery. In addition, as the Team Lead Project Manager you will play a critical role in leading the successful deployment of our clients’ multifaceted projects. You will manage a portfolio of projects with differing levels of complexity, budgets, and time constraints, utilizing your expertise in project management to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, on time, and within budget. LOCATION 100% Remote - Anywhere within the US RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience using project management software for internal and client-facing schedules and overall project communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and customer success teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product roadmap and new offerings that may affect the work of the project management team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of 3-5 direct reports, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and equipped to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Manage client projects, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
• Assist in the creation of new processes to improve or streamline the workflow for project managers.
• Certification(s) in project management (such as PMP Certification) preferred
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members, policies, and/or processes
• Manage project schedules, budgets, assets, and overall organization, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project deliverable dates are understood and achieved. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• 5+ years related experience in program or project management, including direct external client interaction and leading change management efforts or equivalent experience working in a consulting organization
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and achieved
