Happy Productions, ‘the’ social media agency for Film & TV studios, streaming platforms, and independent production companies. Our expertise lies in creating built-in audiences for our clients’ upcoming film or TV releases. With our extensive experience and proven track record, we have worked with major industry players such as Viacom, NBC, and Warner Bros.

What We Seek

Our company is expanding and is in need of strategic Client Account Management professionals! The Client Account Manager is responsible for contact with clients as well as the strategy of the clients’ content. This is a remote contract position with tons of autonomy. You will have the freedom to make your own schedule and be a part of an exceptional/collaborative team!

Qualities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

• Social media strategist, comfortable leading strategies for your client accounts
• Comfortable with content production/creation, social media analytics and optimization, and leading social for at least a few different brands.
• Knows the ins and outs of social media -- best practices for each platform (Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube Shorts),
• High level of organization and multitasking
• Thrives in a client-facing role
• Innately detail-oriented
• Comfortable working autonomously as well as be a strong team player/collaborator

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Project Management software such as Monday.com [strongly desired]
• 5-7 years of social media strategy experience highly desired5-7 years of social media strategy experience
• Marketing and/or advertising services experience is highly desired.
• Experienced working in a client-facing role
• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of problem solving skills
• Adaptable to change
• Associate’s Degree or 7 years of experience in lieu of college education.
• 5 years client account management experience

Compensation:

• $250 per month for every DWY (done-with-you) client
• $500 per month for every DFY (done-for-you) client

Additional Information:

• Hours: Full time, 30-40 hours / week.
• Location: Remote
• Job Type: 1099 / Commission based compensation.
