Key Responsibilities:

4. Client Communication: Interact with clients through email, phone calls, or virtual meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve account-related issues.
5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies while preparing periodic financial reports, statements, and analyses as required.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, transactions, and financial data using appropriate software tools and systems.
7. Collaborative Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to gather necessary information and provide support in client-related matters.
8. Relationship Management: Foster solid and trusted relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of account management processes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role is required. Experience in account management or customer service is highly desirable.
3. Remote Work Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment, utilizing digital collaboration tools, communication platforms, and project management systems.
