Job Title: Project Team Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Team Lead to build and lead a team of researchers and engineers in the prototyping of a convolutional neural network (CNN) backed smart device. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, research and development, and ensuring the successful delivery of our flagship prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of researchers and engineers in the development of a convolutional neural network (CNN) and smart device prototyping project.

• Develop and implement team building plans, including hiring, training, and managing team members

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget allocation

• Manage project risks and issues, and provide solutions to ensure successful project completion

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of project components

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Passion for smart wearables

• History of working on machine learning and artificial intelligence project(s)

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their implementation using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Experience with smart device prototyping, including hardware and software integration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
