Overview A Lead Client Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and providing customer service. Detailed Job Description The Lead Client Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and providing customer service. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or account management
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
