Internal Role: Team Lead

PLEASE NOTE: This is an internal role only. Please do not apply if you are not a current National Practice Provider at Talkspace.
We're expanding our Team Lead Clinical Network Support team! This is a completely remote, full-time (40hrs/week), salaried role. Only current Talkspace NPPs will be considered for this role.
What You'll Do

• Clinical Service
• Maintain billable hours per directive
• Support other clinical projects and network initiatives as needed
• Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, Coordinating, and Moderating the Network Clinician and Associate Network Clinician Community
• Moderate the messaging based platform
• Coordinate across teams to ensure appropriate pre-onboarding, onboarding, training, and quality management of Network Clinicians and Associate Network Clinicians
• Assist Clinical Manager with coordinating

Team Lead Requirements

• At least six (6) months experience as an independently licensed mental health provider
• Average above 25 billable hours per week across an 8 week period as a National Practice Provider
• At least three (3) months tenure as a Talkspace employee
