How You Will Impact Company Success

The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for training, monitoring, and leading the Onboarding Team. They will provide daily objectives, communicate any issues with upper management, and resolve any issues to reach business goals effectively. This role includes managing a team and motivating them to do their job efficiently.

What Are Your Key Accountabilities / Tasks

• Maintain Hubb and Vendor Platforms
• Manage the system set up of new customers and modifications as needed.
• Management
• Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of EOR onboarding workflow in the Hubb, UKG Onboarding portal, and I9 Advantage.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of all EOR onboarding request.
• Manage capacity planning and ensure cross training coverages for departmental needs.
• Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Manage onboarding workloads, capacity, and coverages.
• Ability to set clear team goals and drive team performance.
• Align onboarding processes to ensure compliance with client requirements, company organizational policies, and state/local/federal laws and guidelines for hiring.
• Ensure compliance with performing, storing, and escalating pre-employment verifications including but not limited to drug test, background checks, I9 and e-verify verifications.
• Manage and report on onboarding metrics.
• Serve as subject matter expert on onboarding and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Monitor proper completion of onboarding requirements, SLA’s, and metrics.
• Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Perform other projects from time to time as assigned.

What You Will Bring Here

• 1 -2 years of experience managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or equivalent related business experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a high-volume onboarding management environment.

Desired Technical Skills And Knowledge

• Keen understanding of I9 requirements, onboarding best practices, and
• Expertise with performing pre-employment screenings via online platforms.
• Experience with UKG Onboarding platform strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, email, and Internet applications

The salary at hire is expected to be between $75,000-$85,000 per year. Performance-based variable compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
