Job Description


General Purpose:


  • Maintain high level of relationship and motivation for the Corsair brand within the region.
  • Manage a marketing budget and plan to drive sales
  • Make sure we are keeping healthy instock rates for accounts
  • Grow the Corsair brand within strategic retail partners.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets and growth plans for select retail accounts
  • Identify and develop business opportunities


Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations


  • Understand and work with our reseller and distribution partners to ensure account needs are met
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values
  • Prepare materials for assortment reviews; include items such as competitive data, current sales data with trends, relevant retailer info, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with your customers; some travel required
  • Monitor competitor activity and work with channel marketing to ensure Corsair’s competitive position at all times
  • Proactively assess and advise solutions for challenges to the business, both internal and external
  • Possess customer-centric skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Communicate any store changes with respective teams
  • Be able to identify strategic business growth areas within your accounts
  • Coordinate and lead channel marketing to align with retailer key drive times and events; effectively communicate promotions
  • Lead customer meetings with a clear agenda and capture any action items; follow up accordingly
  • Be able to measure performance accurately weekly / monthly/quarterly and report sales progress internally


Essential Skills And Experience


  • Well organized, process driven with the ability to multitask fast and efficiently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management and/or Account Management
  • Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market
  • Intermediate experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
