Job Description
Orka is seeking an experienced Team Lead Manager to help set up effective support team infrastructure for our innovative hearing aid product. Built from the ground up, our proprietary design and technology aim to increase access to hearing aids, and we're looking for an expert to ensure that exceptional remote audiology and customer care accompanies our products.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to design and implement an effective service team workflow and team set up.
• Set up tools and systems for remote care teams
• Recommend best practices based on experience in the medical or consumer electronics space.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in setting up and improving service team workflow and success processes, preferably in the medical or consumer regulations and industry standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
