Team Lead, Application Support

As the Team Lead of Application Support, you will maintain multiple responsibilities towards ensuring successful development of data parsers and script logic to extract data from client files into the Billtrust platform. As the Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to provide direction and mentoring to a team of Application Support Coordinators, Engineers, Data and Quality Analysts.
What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with partnering team members to set expectations for turnaround times on requested work.
• Supports team manager and performs management duties, including managing and triaging cases that are assigned to team queues.
• Work with manager to assign cases to team members based on current workload, subject matter, complexity, expected delivery date, and resource availability.
• Track and report on metrics for cases assigned to and handled by the Application Support Team.
• Assist in managing overall prioritizations between Production Issues, Defects, Modification Requests, and New Implementations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develop solutions with an eye towards efficiencies and repeatability so as to improve the turn-around time and quality of the team’s output
• Perform analysis and resolution for assigned cases in a timely and high-quality manner
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and tools within the team
• Assist in the tracking of progress of assigned cases with a focus on meeting delivery deadlines and SLA’s.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience working as a Business Analyst is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, product-centric environment ideal
• Possess communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple complex issues simultaneously.
• Show a proven history of successfully prioritizing work efforts based upon customer needs, committed delivery dates, and complexity, in a rapidly changing environment.
• Be able to encourage others to complete tasks quickly and accurately so as to meet deadlines
• Prior experience working in a Project Management role is a plus

SALARY RANGE BELOW FOR COLORADO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
Target Base Compensation: $92,000.00 - $140,000.00 (bonus offered in addition to base compensation)
