Human Resources you will be empowered to develop and lead a talent strategy to help us achieve transformational functional excellence. You will identify roadmaps and KPIs to leverage buy, build and partner strategies to meet the needs of this dynamically evolving organization. More specifically, you will work with the leadership teams to drive the business forward while ensuring a progressive focus on culture and talent attraction, development, and retention. You will be expected to be a thought leader regarding the business strategy providing key observations, ideas and suggestions, being an outspoken advocate in identifying both risk and opportunities in the organizations, establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence. Key deliverables include the development, implementation, and validation of human resources programs, policies and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business plans. Foster a culture in the organization that promotes employee inclusion and engagement and a passion for customer excellence.
• Work with division leadership and functional leaders to drive change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual business goals.
• Lead transformation for sales - developing capabilities for sales force of the future, evolving the workforce to embrace digital technology, and shaping the customer experience.
• Drive unified plans with measurable metrics that support business, financial and employee engagement goals.
• Lead all talent initiatives: build out succession plans, ensure talent attraction capabilities (recruitment and LDP programs), focus on career development and coaching skills for leaders, and implement effective retention strategies.
• Lead efforts to foster inclusive culture including focus on diversity hiring and retention, survey results, employee wellness and community involvement.
• Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of programs, ensuring quality of process and content alignment.
• Ensure that knowledge retention and sharing mechanisms are developed, continuously improved and sustained.
• Develop, optimize, document and standardize sustainable processes, sharing best practices across the division and larger organization.
• Manage and develop skills of the HR team to support business initiatives and goals.
Qualifications Experience Preferred:
• Demonstrated expertise in building talent, engaging teams, driving culture change and strategic growth.
• Builder of talent capabilities that meet the future needs of the business.
• Significant experience hiring, coaching, influencing, and promoting effective leaders and driving the development of capable managers.
• Direct experience in a decentralized workforce environment or field- based work organization
• Direct experience supporting commercial organizations / teams
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with an ability to develop, maintain and leverage trusting relationships (up and down organizations) both internally and externally.
• Engaging leadership style with a progressive mindset and change agility
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Master’s degree is strongly preferred, but not required. HR certifications or designations are also a strong plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in progressive HR environment.
• Minimum of 5 years leading experienced HR Leaders.
• Knowledge of relevant local/state/federal employment laws.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
