Your day to day:

• Provide support to PFW’s Benefits Director with advising employees of, and processing policies and procedures related to Purdue and PFW benefits.
• Participate in meetings, committees, and projects as well as HR and University initiatives.
• Serve as support for the following HR areas: Learning & Development, Compensation and Classification, and Employee Relations.
• Provide support to PFW’s Talent Acquisition team with recruitment and acquisition of staff talent.

• You have HR Generalist experience.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills and value teamwork.
• You have PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation.
• You are proficient in Microsoft and Windows applications.
