Overview The Senior Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing a wide range of human resources services to the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Human Resources Representative will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Detailed Job Description The Senior Human Resources Representative is responsible for providing a wide range of human resources services to the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Human Resources Representative will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.• Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
• Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions
• Onboard new employees and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
• Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Develop and implement training and development programs
• Assist with performance management and disciplinary actions
• Stay up to date on changes in employment laws and regulations
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs
• Knowledge of performance management and disciplinary processes
Job Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources
• Experience in developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Experience in onboarding new employees
• Experience in administering employee benefits programs
• Experience in handling employee relations issues
