What You Will Do:

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• General office administration: maintaining inventory and ordering/stocking office supplies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for job openings.
• Increase awareness of our employer brand through job postings, strategic outreach, and networking.
• Proactively recruiting top talent utilizing LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Assist HR Manager with new employee onboarding including: sending emails, preparing new hire paperwork and personnel files, completing online onboarding, and additional duties as needed
• Timely correspondence with candidates throughout the interview cycle.
• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to help with our rapid growth.
• Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made and collect feedback.
• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions including sourcing, reviewing resumes, conduct qualifying screenings, interviewing, and follow up with references.
• Post and track all job openings.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
• Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic.
• Experience working in Recruiting or HR is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong sense of urgency.
