Duties: Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations, the Director Human Resources,
oversees all human resource areas including talent acquisition, organizational design, benefits,
compensation benchmarking, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have proven
experience as a Director-level leader with the ability to work strategically and independently with local
human resource external support affiliates in the United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK). This role
will partner with Clinical Outcomes Solutions business leaders and teams to identify opportunities,
develop solutions and strategies, and ensure results and impact for the internal Clinical Outcomes
Solutions team.

Key Role Tasks:
- Regularly interact with executives, managers, and employees to ensure alignment to human resource corporate goals.
- Create a collaborative, inclusive culture that reflects organizational values, attracts and retains top talent, and advances engagement, effectiveness, and innovation.
- Ensures all policies and procedures are in compliance with all federal, state, and local statutes/regulations.
- Leads with enthusiasm and positivity to inspire and motivate direct reports, staff, department, and senior management.
- Models and demonstrates behavior that exemplifies the Company's culture; guides and assists staff with developing methodologies for supporting the Company Operating Principles in all aspects of the business.
- Provide comprehensive HR support, job evaluation, employee relations, and day-to-day HR activities; including oversight on data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and COO, Operations, and as a critical contributor on the executive leadership team.
- Lead the performance review process in partnership with Sr. Executive Leaders and facilitate discussions for talent review.
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and COS liaison for identified US and UK professional employer organizations (PEO).
- Manage employee investigations and provide legally sound guidance to leadership on recommended course of action.

- Serve as a strategic partner to all members of the senior leadership team, especially the CEO and the Executive team, to provide insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field; relevant HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
- 10-15 years’ experience as the head of a human resources function; strong preference in healthcare, professional services, or consulting services.
- Strong command of Human Resource regulations, laws and requirements with demonstrated ability to professionally handle policy and people related escalations and employee relations scenarios.
- Manages and leads through ambiguity and tackles business challenges with a solutions focused attitude.
- Execution focused – drives insights and ideas to implementation and action in a timely manner.
- Must be confident, independent, and effective in dealing with senior levels of management.
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to conceptualize, communicate and recommend new strategies and programs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships and trust with business leaders
- Ability to be flexible in an extremely fast-paced, changing environment.
