Executive Director Human Resources

Meet is excitedly partnering with a developed Biotech located in the Greater Chicago area.

They are working on a number of Immunotherapy and Rare Disease antibodies and are entering FDA approval for a few products. With an exciting pipeline and business growth down the line, they are looking to onboard an Executive Director of Human Resources to their established team.

This role will report directly to the Head of Global HR and work on continuously building out and unifying the global talent / HR strategies. Please see formal details below.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and leadership of a boutique US team consisting of Senior Managers & Directors.
• Assist in relevant operational needs across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS integration, and record keeping as needed.
• Partner with the Head of HR and C-Suite executive team to identify gaps, areas for growth, and relevant succession planning for the global talent / HR strategy.
• Ensure DNA business practices are in line with global and national standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR is required, Masters is preferred.
• 10 years minimum experience supporting/running HR strategy from a global perspective.
• 5 years minimum experience leading a team of diverse HR titles.
• Travel to the Greater Chicago area on a regular, hybrid basis.
• Proven track record working within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries.
