Job Details


Responsibilities


  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the HR department in all aspects of human resources management.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge within the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and COBRA.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, and COBRA.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
