Job Description

We are urgently seeking applications for a Manager Human Resources position for our client, a Software Company.


Our client is looking for a leader having 10+ years of experience in business partnering, employee engagement, employee relationship, HR processes & policies, recruiting, etc.


Scope of the role includes implementing global HR initiatives, supporting and guiding Business leaders, managers and employees as a trusted HRBP during the employee life cycle, including topics like employee relations, engagement, retention, and performance management. Duties include shaping, managing, implementing and integrating global HR programs for various teams across the region.


Key Responsibilities

 To build strong relationships with key stakeholders and teams in the region.

 Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with Global Head and business leaders to attract, develop and retain top talent in the organization through HR programs.

 Investigate employee relations issues and or claims

 Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of employees to ensure a high level of employee

engagement.

 Assists in answering general benefit program inquires

 Assist with the development of Employee Relations Guides

 Provide effective, creative, and objective employee relations support through coaching, policy interpretation,

progressive disciplinary action, and incident investigation

 Guide managers through the talent management process to ensure consistency, clarity, and achievable action

plans

 Conduct exit interviews with employees who voluntarily resign from the organization;

 Ensure compliance related federal, state, local and company rules and regulations by staying abreast of general and common regulations and legal resources; contribute to the development of compliance components of policies and programs

 Facilitates effective and timely communication between all levels of employees.

 Act in both strategic and tactical capacities.

 Supports the recruitment efforts.

 Organizes and facilitates new-employee orientation; maintains alignment with global strategy.

 Assists recommending new approaches, vendors, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.

 Maintains human resource data, partners with local payroll team and agencies to ensure payroll changes are processed accurately and manages regional reports from the HRIS to support business needs.

 Write and maintain offer documents, increments, and exit documents

 Travel as per business needs.


Experience & Skills Required

 Bachelor’s degree HR, Communications, or relevant field

 10+ year human resource experience

 PHR/SPHR certification a plus

 Experience managing employee relations claims and investigations

 Strong knowledge of federal and local Department of Labour (DOL) compliance regulations along FMLA and open enrollment coverage and benefits

 Business savvy with the ability to discuss business matters and organizational requirements

 Globally aligned in process, strategy, and guidance to managers

 Must be flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities

 Proficient knowledge of US and Canada labor law and compliance

 Strong analytical and Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

 Highly collaborative style. Willingness and proven ability to work in global teams and respect other’s culture
