We are in search of a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Human Resources Director to join our thriving manufacturing company. This is a permanent position that will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing HR strategies that have contributed to the overall success of a company.

Responsibilities

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and promote a company culture that aligns with our core values and mission.
• Oversee and manage organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a strong workforce.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven working experience as HR Director or similar role for at least 5 years.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in managing talent, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, employment law, staffing, KPIs, rewards, organizational change management, and culture & people development.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
