Human Resources Recruiting Manager

A top-tier manufacturer and automotive parts distributor is looking for an HR Recruiting Manager to join their team in Elkhart, Indiana.

Position Summary

• The Recruiting Manager will oversee and manage all recruitment activities and hiring metrics for Talent Acquisition under the guidance of the Director of HR.
• The Recruitment Manager works with the HR Director to develop recruitment strategies for Dexter. They also implement new sourcing initiatives and work with the HR team to create competitive compensation and benefits packages for attracting skilled employees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the daily activities involved in acquiring new talent.
• Create, record, and implement recruitment plans.
• Assist in managing and streamlining the process of hiring.

EXPERIENCE:

• Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in corporate business, along with a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• It is preferred that applicants have 3-5 years of experience managing staff.

SKILLS:

• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking System is necessary for this position.
• Successfully built strong relationships with colleges and universities to facilitate campus recruiting.
• Proven knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEOC, FLSA, and ADA guidelines.

EDUCATION:

• Having a Bachelor's degree is preferred with PHR or SPHR certification.
