About the position:
As a Regional Sales Representative for our Wind business unit, you will have a broad role in ourorganization, which is continuously growing and evolving. The job’s responsibility will apply tothe sales function within our USA based operations found in Spring, Texas (Dellner Bubenzer USA, Inc.) and Robertsdale, Alabama (Dellner Hydratech USA, Inc.).
A key responsibility is to build a solid book of business at the OEM, and end user levels, whichshall contribute and support the short and long-term growth of our business as well as coordinatingwith other market Sales Mangers to make the day-to-day business development more effective andprofitable across the Dellner Group.
This incorporates working within our ERP systems in conjunction with inside sales and service teamsto support growth strategy.
To professionally manage this sales role; business development, strategic thinking, salesreporting, and customer follow up is key; which requires a prominent level of integrity, energy,and desire to travel.
This Sales Representative is expected to use their knowledge, skills, industry experience, andcontact list to network to win over new customers and business in a concise period.
As part of the sales team, you, together with the Wind Sales Manager, Wind Sales Director, will bedriving the Wind business unit forward. The atmosphere in this team is characterized by opennessand ease; yet the ability to perform at an elevated level.
You report to the USA based Wind Sales Manager and Wind Sales Director. The position will requireweekly travel on a domestic basis and some possibly international travel over the course of theyear.
This is an exciting possibility to be part of a dynamic group and a direct contributor to two ofthe fastest growing subsidiaries in the Dellner Group.

o Knowledge of Wind Turbine platforms and up tower equipment is must.

o You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, making your work and business traveleffective.
o You can think strategically (long term) while also drawing from an ambitious spirit forshort-term gains.
o You can quickly grasp a particular customer’s needs, or potential opportunities, and convertthose into prompt and profitable sales.
o You are a person of the highest integrity who respects and always adheres to policy and companycompliance.
Applicant Background, Education & Experience:
o Must have at least (4) years of B2B sales experience within the Renewables and Wind Industries
o Sales Management to build and manage long and short-range sales plans
o Competitive and results oriented with strong technical product understanding and commercialskills
o Bandwidth to oversee multiple key accounts while developing new sales accounts
o Proven ability to grow market share within the Wind industry.
