The Key Account Representative will work proactively with our top key regional accounts to maintain long-term relationships with our YETI Account Managers, Buyers and Regional Managers. This function is responsible for sales order entry, orderbook management, EDI processing of sales orders and proactive communication with the logistics team, YETI Account Managers, and management.

Responsibilities


  • Work effectively with Credit & Collections to assure portfolio of key accounts are current
  • Complete sales orders through manual order entry as well as EDI processing
  • E-mail & Phone communication with YETI Account Manager, buyers and regional managers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor orders from entry to shipment to assure vendor compliance guidelines
  • Manage various assigned key accounts in conjunction with a Key Account Manager
  • Partner with Logistics to research and resolve charge backs under vendor compliance guidelines


Qualifications And Attributes


  • Able to identify complex problems and finding solutions to address them
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of EDI process & SPS Commerce
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and completing in a timely manner
  • Skilled at providing excellent customer service through assessing their needs and providing a solution
  • Knowledge of account/vendor compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


US Workplace Approach


  • Remote: Role is full-time remote.
  • Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
  • Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
