KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing and implementing regional distributor growth strategies in conjunction with product management within their territory. The position is responsible for sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers.
Specific Responsibilities
§Develop and implementing a sales plan to grow the business within their territory
§Manages the sales effectiveness with independent distributors/partners
§Ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations
§Uses CRM to manage customer relationships, opportunities, and sales funnel
§Develops regional forecast and adjusts strategies as needed to achieve sales targets
§Responsible for regional level key account/market-channel management
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
§5-7 years of sales management or product marketing experience
§Experience with technical product/system sales
§Experience in distributor channel sales
§Track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
§Bachelor’s degree in related field
§Ability to travel up to 75%
§Experience in the door & material handling industry is a plus
