Job Summary:


The Regional Marketing Lead (RML) develops and implements region specific consumer focused partnerships and marketing initiatives to achieve brand growth goals. The RML leverages expert knowledge of regional consumers and local partners to build brand culture and amplifying brand objectives. A top priority for this position is to manage our regional Field and On-Premise Marketing teams, connecting regional & local marketing activity to retail to drive purchase. The RML provides direction and leadership to a team of internal and agency resources within their region.


Primary Responsibilities/Activities:


Cultivate Culture - 40%


  • Manage a team of Field Marketing and On Premise Channel Marketers in assigned territory
  • Work with the internal Green House HR team to develop and coach direct reports; provide career development planning, and review score carding tied to individual performance.
  • Lead, model and build a highly engaged team culture
  • Collaborate with GH Senior Director and Integrated Project Management team to ensure proper training, motivation, and development for the entire team.
  • Execute regular market work-withs across the designated region(s) and positions to ensure proper execution and brand representation
  • Support the recruitment, final interview process, and onboarding/offboarding of all positions assigned within designated territory


Develop Authentic Regional Brand Partnerships - 20%


  • Create and collaborate on brand activations
  • Enable brand presence where culture is being created
  • Budget management and objective setting
  • Responsible for all regional brand activation
  • Develop integrated market activation strategy
  • Source, develop, and curate authentic regional brand partnerships
  • Build and maintain current relationships


Lead Field Connectivity with Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) - 10%


  • Connect local partnerships to national IMX
  • Amplify local activation to national stage


Drive Mother Brand strategy and execution - 10%


  • Leads brand communication in region
  • Engages with regional bottler & distribution partners
  • Ensures execution excellence across all Brand programming


Communication, Reporting and Budget Management - 10%


  • Develop annual brand plans for assigned region(s)
  • Track and manage region and market budget and goals on a consistent basis
  • Provides monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews for assigned territory
  • Negotiates sponsorship and partnership terms and conditions


Minimum Requirements:


  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Health & Wellness, or a related major
  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suites
  • Budget management and accountability
  • Prior sales experience a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • 5+ years of Field Marketing of Brand Marketing experience, beverage or CPG preferred
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some early mornings, nights, and weekends with ability to travel
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and research
  • Project management and/or event planning experience
  • Prior experience training and managing a team
  • Must live in a primary market (major metro) and have a strong geographic knowledge of the region.


Position Financials (Annual):


  • Auto Allowance: $100/month
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Bonus: 10% (potential)
  • Wellness reimbursement - $50.00/month
  • Base Salary: $100-120K
  • Communication Allowance: $150/month
