Job Description

Our client, FlexQube, is seeking a self-motivated Regional Sales Manager – Southeast to further their growth in the US market. FlexQube provides industrial carts created with a flexible system of standardized building blocks. Founded over 10 years ago in Sweden, today they have customers in 37 different countries and are rapidly expanding. North America is FlexQube’s biggest and most important market. About the position

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to develop, drive and grow sales for FlexQube throughout the southeastern states. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the FlexQube concept, managing existing accounts, and bringing in new customers. The ideal candidate for this position should be highly driven, and thrive in a fast-growing team-focused international environment. Domestic travel of up to 70% is to be expected. This position is remotely based and reports directly to the VP of Sales North America.


What you’ll be doing more specifically

  • Present the FlexQube concept during customer meetings and gather information and requirements about the customer’s businesses and processes
  • Oversee projects from start to finish by making sure our design team match the design of the solution with the requirement of the customer
  • Manage existing accounts and bring in new customers
  • Build, maintain, and develop customer relationships with key people related to material handling, lean processes, manufacturing, and logistics in their industry segments
  • Contact targeted customers using our defined sales process and work together with our global sales organization as many of our customers have locations in several countries
  • Manage automation projects with our new AGV and AMR products - autonomous solutions for material movement, yet customizable since it is based on the same standard building block from FlexQube


What We Expect from You

Your Work Experience, Education, Skills & Traits:

  • Customer service excellence and outstanding ability to deliver customer satisfaction and build long-lasting customer relationships
  • Intralogistics and supply chain logistics experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented with great multitasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience with automation projects including AGVs or similar equipment is a big plus
  • Outstanding English verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and CRM
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%
  • Min. 5 years’ technical B2B solution sales experience
  • Great interpersonal relationships skills with the ability to create trust
