Job Description

I am seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join top US team of one of our closest partners - leader in Security Posture Management space. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within your designated region, ensuring consistent growth and achievement of sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and market share expansion.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and leverage industry knowledge and networking to initiate conversations and establish relationships with key decision-makers and executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.


Requirements:


  • Sound understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales, with focus on complex B2B solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate large organisations
