We are working with a start-up that has built a healthcare platform that connects healthcare workers to facilities. Their goal is to give facilities on-demand staffing while giving healthcare workers flexibility and extra earning opportunities at the same time.
Our partner is growing fast and is looking to expand their sales team. They are looking for a sales representative looking to join their inside sales team to help grow their healthcare client base in Texas. This new team member will be trained on the industry, platform, and clients and given the tools needed to succeed in this role. Our partner is growing very fast and is looking for someone looking to grow with the company.
What You Will Do
Execute outbound strategies (both cold calls and emails) to prospects.
Utilize the Hubspot CRM to manage accounts, activity, and forecasts.
Qualify inbound leads as they arrive (via website or phone).
Achieve 100% of sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Attend industry-related events and trade shows to promote brand awareness (1-2 times yearly).
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying environment.
Must have experience working in or selling to healthcare-related companies.
Comfortable on the phone and executing cold calls.
Capable of working around an organization to identify a Decision Maker.
Comfortable with CRMs and other modern software systems.
Ability to self-prioritize and drive results.
