Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
• Applicant Sourcing:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
• Maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates and clients
• Business Development:
• Screen resumes and applications, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Blue Ocean's services
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and address any queries they might have
• Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal standards
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs and requirements
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest
• Administrative Duties:
• Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates
• Candidate Engagement:

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms - we have our own proprietary system to make things significantly easier
• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on business development. This is not for new recruiters or those with no/limited experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
• Not needed but could be beneficial if in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
