Wealth Management Recruiter Jobs

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs and requirements

Screen resumes and applications, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback

Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on business development. This is not for new recruiters or those with no/limited experience

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms - we have our own proprietary system to make things significantly easier

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirement: MUST have experience Recruiting for financial advisors.

Ability to establish rapport and to build and maintain long-standing, meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Review resumes and communicate with managers.

This role sits 100% Remote!

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Assist with special recruitment projects and other duties as assigned.
