Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced Teacher Recruiter to join their team and help attract and hire talented educators for our organization. As a Teacher Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching positions, focusing on high volume recruitment within the education sector. Your main objective will be to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified teachers to meet our staffing needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Manage a high volume of teacher recruitment requisitions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top-quality teaching candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for teaching positions.


Requirements:

  • Strong proactive sourcing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high volume education recruiting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to manage a high requisition load of 50+ positions simultaneously.
