Our Client is seeking an experienced Teacher Recruiter to join their team and help attract and hire talented educators for our organization. As a Teacher Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching positions, focusing on high volume recruitment within the education sector. Your main objective will be to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified teachers to meet our staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Manage a high volume of teacher recruitment requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top-quality teaching candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for teaching positions.
Requirements:
- Strong proactive sourcing skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high volume education recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage a high requisition load of 50+ positions simultaneously.
