Sr. Product Designer-100% Remote

Kforce has a client seeking a Sr. Product Designer with Enterprise experience!

Responsible for researching, planning and producing experience concepts within three major categories:

(1) Enhancements - changes to original design and extensions to existing programs

(2) New experience designs

(3) Strategic experience design – new or improved ecosystem experience, experience architecture, etc.

ENTERPRISE experience required!

-Proven experience solving complex business issues and contribution to the development of new ideas and methods

-Data-driven with in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

-Strong, humble leadership and mentoring style for less tenured teammates

-User experience design and development for a portfolio of complex products and platforms, including experience/information architecture, validation, and specifications (With examples to SHOW)

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to effectively communicate research data, design decisions, and design proposals. Strong, precise verbal presentation skills-PRIORITY!!

Design Portfolio that reflects:

• Broad experience with application of design principles, industry best practices, accessibility guidelines to an enterprise software or complex consumer applications.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong capability to navigate ambiguity of complex problem spaces.

• Broad understanding and experience in designing and implementing research.

• Reviewing and evaluating designs for alignment with overall product strategy; recommending and implementing changes to designs and technology to improve product quality and overall user experience.
