Summary of Role:
The Technical Campus Recruiter Specialist works alongside the recruiting team to help organize and deliver hiring results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to drive efficient processes and maintain complaince across all hiring practices
- Successfully run programs and key deliverables with flexibility under constantly changing conditions.
- Works with internal stakeholders to organize and execute bulk/volume hiring interview days.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for evaluation, coordination, and participation in the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent client relationship, networking and partnering skills at all levels of an organization.
- Strong capabilities with excel, to create, and deliver ongoing reporting
- Strong organizational, project management, and consultative skills
- Specific experience in high volume recruiting
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Ability to create and effectively deliver power point presentations.
- Proactive and resourceful. Self-motivated.
- Strong recruiting aptitude and knowledge
- 2+ years of end to end recruiting programming or project experience
- Knowledge of social and online tools to brand Oracle as a diverse employer of choice, and to develop and build additional pipelines.

Join an industry leader in assisting with setting the strategy for college campus recruiting. Work closely with Oracle management to identify internal hiring needs. Will interface with Oracle's iRecruitment web tool to support recruiting programs. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for senior management.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
