About The Job
As Visana’s product lead, you’ll own the planning, design, and delivery of our longitudinal, value-based virtual women’s health platform, including both our patient-facing products and provider-facing products. You’ll manage a team of product managers and designers to work closely with engineering, clinical, and operations to ensure that our products & services are delivered on time, within budget, and are of the highest quality.
As a leader within the organization, you’ll have responsibility for making high quality product decisions that enable us to achieve our overarching business goals. By defining the product vision and overall product strategy at Visana, you’ll have an outsized impact on making an enormous difference in a women’s lives at scale.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the CEO.
What You Will Do

• Develop the product roadmap for feature & product development and execute on the build of the project, coordinating with external vendors and contractors as necessary.
• Own all aspects of the redesign of Visana’s end-to-end patient experience, including UX/UI, design, prototyping, user testing, roadmapping, and working with software engineers to deliver a complete product.
• Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams to oversee the implementation of software to assist with scaling our clinical operations to meet our growth targets.
• Contribute to the product organization’s hiring and planning needs, defining areas of ownership and later growing and managing a team.
• Represent Visana’s product organization externally in conversations with potential partners & investors.
• Define, implement, monitor, & improve critical product KPIs, driving continuous improvement of metrics aligned to business success.
• Own Visana’s product platform strategy, including Visana’s patient-facing product and clinical team product, ensuring a cohesive product strategy.
• Build, implement, and optimize Visana’s product processes; create a culture of accountability for multidisciplinary product pods (including product designers and engineers).

Qualifications
What You’ll Need

• Experience in early-stage healthcare startups, preferably in organizations pivoting to growth stage.
• 8+ years in product with deep exposure to B2B2C healthcare technology
• Experience managing the end-to-end product development process, including UX/UI, Design, User Testing, and Product Roadmapping.
• Experience with creating a consumer-facing healthcare product from scratch, with a strong consumer & design orientation.

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Experience leading a virtual care startup technology organization
• Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST
