Job Description

1) TITLE: Senior Director-Commercial Product

2) COMPANY: insurance company

3) LOCATION: Remote, United States

4) MONEY: Competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits

5) ROLE: Responsible for the strategy, development, and deployment of current and future commercial lines products. Management of the products. Collaboration across functional disciplines. Create product roadmaps. Hire and develop a high-performing, highly engaged team.

6) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Masters preferred. Expert at product strategy and development for many commercial lines products, including pricing approaches, risk structures, use of third-party data and predictive analytics. Thorough mastery of commercial lines forms, coverage, product rules, rating algorithms, and pricing models including UBI approaches. 5+ years in a similar executive level role. 7+ years of progressively more responsible assignments within the insurance industry.
