A fantastic Remote Growing Recruitment Agency with Desks in Hospitality, Hotel, Resorts & Restaurant is looking for a professional and strong Sr. Hotel Recruiter who has worked in the hotel/hospitality industry and has extensive contacts. This role is for an individual who is a natural sales hunter, recruiter/consultant and has connections + book of business to bring over to our family of brands.

The ideal fit for this role is someone who is a people person, sales-savvy and has 5-20+ years experience in the hotel/hospitality/restaurant industry. Someone well connected in the industry - with a lot of contacts!

What we seek?

-Must have a book of business in recruiting or consulting for hotels, hospitality, resorts, etc.

-A high energy, hard-worker who can work work on our book of business but also develop their own!

-Strong connections and book of business in Luxury Hospitality/Hotel/Hospitality Required.

-Selling Recruitment Products/Services a big plus! Or B2B Services/Products to Luxury Hospitality preferred!

-Entrepreneurial Driven Individual only.

-Excellent Leadership Skills -- able to lead teams and excellent people skills.

-Strong Relationship Skills - related to customers & employees.
