The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Purpose

Forum is on a mission to make the world a better place through the power of human connection. Our platform connects individuals with facilitated peer support groups to help them overcome life’s greatest challenges – such as losing a loved one, divorce or separation, career, and parenting. Peer support is a powerful and proven model for personal growth, recovery, and healing – and our vision is a world where everyone has easy and affordable access to it.

Culture

At Forum, you’ll be operating side-by-side with smart, creative, fun-loving, and motivated colleagues working with a sense of urgency toward an important and inspiring mission. Our culture thrives on innovation, a bias toward action, teamwork, transparency, courage, and self-care. We’re a virtual-first workplace that puts human connection at the center of how we do business. We care deeply about our people and invest heavily in their personal and professional success.

Diversity

Forum is committed to building a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our operations. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages of their journey with us. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, ancestry, genetic information, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, citizenship status, disability status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.

Your Day-to-Day

We're seeking a Partner Recruiter to help us find mission-driven peer group facilitators and create mutually beneficial partnerships. The Partner Recruiter will generate a pipeline of qualified partners and drive the growth of our network of partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and move prospective partners efficiently through recruitment.
  • Work closely with leadership to target specific partner profiles and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners.
  • Sign a pre-determined target number of qualified partners each month.
  • Work with the marketing and operations team to promote our partner program, identify prospective partners, and drive engagement and growth.
  • Evaluate, advise, and qualify prospective partners using a proven process.
  • Use best-in-class tools and approaches to conduct highly targeted, high-volume outreach to prospective partners using a variety of channels, including phone, email campaigns, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
  • 2-5 years of experience in talent recruitment and/or sales development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Interest in learning and establishing partnership recruitment and development best practices as part of an experienced and agile team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • A history of building relationships and inspiring others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of driving results and meeting targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • High-grit, results-focused, and social personality.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing startup that positively impacts people's lives. If you are a high-grit and results-focused individual with a track record of building relationships and driving growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
