Recruiter - Sherwood

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team!

Summary

The Recruiter will provide primary support in the recruitment of employees to fulfill staffing needs through the advertisement of open positions, keeping detailed records about candidates, and guide applicants through the recruiting process. The Recruiter will explain details regarding the position and working environment to potential employees.

The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required to successfully perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screening.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact.
• Conduct recruiting activities to support staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews.
• Maintain community ties to effectively maintain pool of available candidates.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers to determine needs and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Able to work under pressure, in fast paced environment.
• Excellent people and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Experience

• Must be able to prioritize and multitask.
• Recruiting experience in Automotive field preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources related field preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word.
