Sr. Associate, Product Management

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Senior Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Serving as a key member of the team, this role is responsible for driving the execution of the Medicare Advantage Program strategy within the Value Care Solutions (VCS) product line. You will develop a deep understanding of the product vision, the value it brings to customers and its market differentiation. You will understand the key performance indicators for our business, and strive to understand user problems, and creatively find solutions with cross-functional teams that clearly connect to business value. This role will report to the Director of Medicare Advantage Product

What will you do?

• Translate customer needs into technical and functional requirements documentation that drive action and provide sound direction to engineering and project stakeholders for Medicare Advantage program build
• Build a deep understanding of the needs of our Providers & payor clients with a specific focus on key population health functions such as quality management, care management, and cost containment to identify and surface gaps
• Communicate effectively with the UX design team to validate user intentions, test prototypes and develop clear requirements with engineering for the desired product features and capabilities
• Support in the deployment of the Medicare Advantage product by collaborating with our cross-functional partners in operations, engineering, analytics, customer success, product and legal to bring key components of the deployment plan into reality
• Assist with pilots by synthesizing results to determine success or failure of experiments, then work with your Product team to make recommendations on go forward plan
• Develop and manage strong, collaborative relationships with associated product team and other stakeholders, as needed, to help drive results
• Define Stories, groom and then prioritize the team backlog, identify and work through other team dependencies and trade-of decisions to streamline the execution of the top priorities

• Experience translating feature requirements into technical work plans with engineering
• Excellent team-player with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences; ability to build partnerships and foster collaboration.
• Comfortable thinking about data and systems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the Agile software development framework required
