Our client is a leading staffing agency specializing in providing top-tier talent and outsourcing resources nationwide. Currently seeking an Internal Recruitment professional experienced identifying, engaging, and placing support professionals within various law firms, and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor in the legal recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles and client records within the recruitment database.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific outsourcing needs, including the type of legal work support, skills required, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with clients' needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, legal market developments, and outsourcing best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Source and identify candidates, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and negotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of the legal industry, including various practice areas and the demands of outsourcing legal services.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in legal industry recruitment, preferably with a focus on outsourcing, internal law firm roles, or agency legal recruitment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a remote team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to manage candidate pipelines and client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing professionals in law firms, or corporate legal departments.
