Job Description
As a Recruiter on our Americas Flywheel (Go-To-Market) recruiting team, you’ll directly impact HubSpot’s growth trajectory by attracting and hiring top talent into our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to focus on providing a remarkable candidate experience, lead with data when consulting on business decisions, and drive an interview process that evaluates candidates against HubSpot’s high bar for performance, future potential, and culture-add. This role will require problem-solving in teams, so experience and interest in collaborating with others to drive meaningful solutions are essential for success.

You’ll Get To

  • Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience
  • Strategically partner with hiring managers and their respective teams at every stage of the recruiting life cycle
  • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success
  • Leverage data to make educated decisions in regards to recruiting process changes, advising stakeholders, and your individual performance
  • Source, engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from a range of channels and sources
  • Drive the candidate evaluation process and manage offer delivery and negotiations
  • Lead and contribute to key inclusive hiring best practices and diversity initiatives
  • Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Are naturally curious, continuously learning and reflecting on their own growth
  • Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
  • Prioritize a seamless, remarkable candidate experience and serving the needs of the business and its leaders
  • Fervently believe that great talent is the foundation for any company’s growth and success
  • Have 4+ years of recruiting experience; experience in SaaS/tech or high-growth organizations preferred
  • Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize their own time and get key work done through collaboration
  • Possess a high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skills
  • Are data-driven, understanding how pipeline metrics connect to hiring outcomes, and are able to communicate data and insights with confidence
  • Operate as a trusted advisor to various stakeholders involved in the hiring process, and are able to influence and motivate across levels and functions
