Are you ready to make a difference in the financial industry? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our back-office automation solutions within community and regional banks and credit unions.
As a successful candidate, you'll possess the following proven experience and expertise:
Achieved 100% quota attainment in related sales positions for over 3 years.
Experience in selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions.
Ability to self-generate leads and build strong relationships with C-level and EVP-level executives, as well as operations personnel across the financial services landscape.
Expertise in payments risk, compliance, digital transformation, and automation is an advantage.
You'll have the discipline to see deals through from lead generation to close, leveraging your sales skills, vast network, and deep understanding of the banking industry to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skilled at qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on wins and losses.
Adept at understanding prospects' critical business issues and aligning our solutions effectively to address their needs.
Confident in demonstrating our SaaS solutions to potential clients.
Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with internal resources and prospects to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition during any interaction, be it over the phone, video, in-person, or on social media.
Proficient in writing proposals, creating financial projections, and utilizing our CRM system for accurate pipeline reporting in line with our sales and delivery cycle.
Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Compensation
We value your skills and commitment. You'll receive a competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000, with potential on-target earnings ranging from $160,000 - $230,000. Your pipeline will be bolstered by a combination of inbound marketing leads, meetings set from BDRs, event leads, as well as your own lead generation efforts.
