What the candidate MUST have is a sense of urgency, he/she is teachable and willing to learn, customer service driven, personable, knows how to prioritize, they DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO even if it means you have to work an hour late to finish an urgent quote, honest, Hungry, and likes to have fun and make ALOT of money!
