Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated high school and undergraduate students to fill this role!


The role of the Human Resources Department within the Institute is to regulate all matters pertaining to hiring, training, discharge, policy enforcement, and internal member management & support.


HR Representativeswill have the opportunity to work directly with our impact teams. You will be attached to a Senior VP, VP, or Director in our impact departments to operate as the personnel manager and authority on HR matters. In this capacity, you will have a large amount of freedom and lateral to make decisions. As such strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving is a must for this position.


Motivation and consistency are the most important qualifiers for this job. We are implementing a new system, so we need people willing to experiment with the procedure and see it through to the end.


Preferred Qualifications

- Willingness to work between 3-10 hours a week.

- Experience working on a team is a must.

- Strong communication skills.

- Strong critical thinking skills.

- Creative problem-solving.

- Logistical or administrative experience is preferred.

- Ability to work productively and efficiently with limited oversight.

- Must be free to attend weekly meetings.

- Must be comfortable operating as a mediator.

- Must have good communication skills (you will be given a lot of freedom, but certain things will need moderately fast responses).

- Data input or backend software experience is preferred.
