Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work in partnership with the internal recruitment team to send out written offer letters to Assistant, Technician, and Coordinator level staff who have previously gone through the established hiring protocol and accepted their verbal offer. Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support hiring through the onboarding process.
2. Facilitate weekly onboarding calls with all assistants, technicians, and coordinator-level staff using the established call job aid. Prepare thorough and well-articulated notes for review by Employee Care & Wellness Manager.
3. Follow up with Employee Care & Wellness Manager or the appropriate Service Line Manager to ensure questions, comments, or concerns mentioned in the success calls are timely, confidentially, and appropriately addressed.
4. Lead weekly regional ROPE meetings with the recruitment team, ensuring articulate and thorough notes are uploaded to the Teams channel for weekly review.
5. Maintain working knowledge of employee health and wellness, disability and retirement plans, employee assistance program, educational advancement opportunities, referral bonus opportunities, and other wellness programs.
6. At the direction of the Employee Care & Wellness manager, facilitate internal company-sponsored training events, benefit fairs, or other employee care & wellness-related events.
7. Maintain an employee-oriented company culture emphasizing innovation, care quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. This includes modeling behavior reflective of the corporate culture with applicants, employees, managers, customers, and vendors focusing on commitment, courage, integrity, authenticity, and partnership.
8. Initiate onboarding packet within Paylocity, and create personnel files ensuring all federal, state, and local laws regarding documentation are met, with particular attention to CCLD Title XXII personnel regulations, while maintaining the highest level of security and protection of confidential information.
9. Ensure new hires receive all company property needed to complete their job successfully. This includes keys, uniforms, name tags, email, computer access, etc.
10. May back up recruiting team to facilitate recruiting assistant and technician level staff, based on the designated budgeted FTE staffing patterns, and in partnership with hiring/service line managers across the organization in times of extreme need and new facility opening.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
