We are one of the top 10 of the AmLaw100 and we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. Seeking someone with at least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a law firm and with CA labor laws experience. If you have worked in an HR capacity with at least 500 employees and have benefits, employee relations and LOA's experience, we want to talk to you!
What You Will Be Doing

• Know the requirements for receiving all health, welfare, and retirement benefits; if necessary, link workers with the department of global benefits and global retirement benefits; serve as the office's Lifecycle Resource Navigator
• You will be in charge of carrying out all requirements for onboarding and offboarding employees. By using the resources at your disposal, you will also help lawyers, paralegals, and workers by responding to their inquiries on benefits and human resources
• Serve as the office's go-to person for inquiries about paid time off (PTO) and being familiar with Kronos's PTO accrual procedures
• Generate reports for the office and department using Kronos
• Arrange for many presenters to be included on the agenda for new hire orientations, directing the human resources orientation sessions, and making sure that any queries from new hires are addressed
• Coordinate the leave process for staff members and collaborating with several departments to address the details
