We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Department and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes. This position is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in HR who is looking to further develop their skills and contribute to a growing organization.
Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure candidate data is accurately recorded.
• Process HR-related requests, such as employment verifications, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence:
• Update and file employee documentation related to promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Support HR audits and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs and company-wide events.
• Onboarding and Orientation:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate candidate assessments and background checks.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and statistical analysis as required.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in policy development and dissemination, ensuring employees understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Assists with the ideation and implementation of employee satisfaction and appreciation event.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Prepare and distribute employee handbooks and other relevant materials.
• Coordinates with IT for all new-hire account setup.
• Employee Records and Documentation:
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by addressing their questions and providing necessary support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role for 1-2 years.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000
