Job Title: HR Advisor
Pay Rate: $28-$32/hr, based on relevant experience
Duration: 1 - year long W2 contract
Location: Remote anywhere in the U.S. (Work hours are roughly 9am - 5pm CST)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 40 hrs/week
We’re partnering with a well-known tech company who's looking for a HR Advisor to join their team remotely!
The Role
We are looking for an Advisor to join our HRAnswers team as we continue to expand and grow our customer support teams globally!
The HRAnswers Advisor acts as the first point of contact for internal and external clients. They serve as a liaison, connecting with COEs, managers and employees to resolve requests.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets daily in a fast paced, agile environment while effectively tracking, documenting and reporting progress on HR requests.
- Monitor personal Service Level Agreements for responsiveness, turnaround time, and employee experience.
- Provide human resources guidance, information, and education to employees (customers) at all levels while focusing on exceptional customer service.
- Take on 1-2 point of contact (POC) roles to support HR projects, programs or initiatives and represent HRAnswers either regionally or globally.
- Utilize a verify-and-research approach to provide quick and accurate information related to company policies, programs, systems and services.
- Guide and coach customers on how to navigate internal tools, systems and resources to promote self-service.
- Partner with other COEs and collaborate cross-functionally while handling complex situations to make recommendations on appropriate courses of action.
- Support customers on implementation and execution of core HR programs while supporting the needs of the business.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality
- Experience with Servicenow/Salesforce or a similar ticketing system
- Ability to solve issues in a decisive way, exercising sound judgment and emotional intelligence
- Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HCM
- HR General Knowledge with at least 3 years experience in a client facing role (HR Preferred)
